Shipping Status

  • Orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted. Please ensure all order details, including items and your full name (first and last), are accurate at checkout to prevent postal delays.
  • During high-volume periods such as sales or new collection launches, there may be delays in shipping your order.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Batul The Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
  • If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will determine if it is safe to leave. If deemed unsafe, a parcel card will be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Batul The Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery with proof and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with your local carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery location.

Delivery Delays

  • High-volume sales periods or collection launches may cause delays in delivery.
  • These delays are beyond the control of Batul The Collection.
  • If you experience delays and wish to seek compensation, please contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to provide compensation for unexpected shipping delays.

Taxes & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country unless it is paid at checkout.
  • Customers should familiarize themselves with their country’s customs policies before placing an order.

Customs Clearance & Fees

  • Customs authorities require the declared value of your order on the package. Customs agents have the right to delay or deny delivery in rare cases.
  • If customs duties or taxes apply, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the package being returned to us, and you will be refunded the cost of the order minus any shipping fees incurred.

Important Notes

  • Batul The Collection is not responsible for customers not being notified by their postal authority about customs duties or taxes.
  • If you refuse to pay the additional fees, your package will be sent back to us, and we will refund you in the form of store credit.
